The dividers are 8.5 x 5.5" (half letter size) which will fit A5/Half size planners such as the arc Junior Planner, Kikki K and half size binders. The tabs are not pre-formated with holes so you can punch your own depending on what planner you're using (or use with a discbound system such as the Arc planner).

These tabs can be printed on letter size, 8.5 x 11" size or A4 size paper. If you need the dividers to fit a personal size filofax or smaller than half size/8.5 x 5.5", when printing the dividers, either change the page size or scale the design (reduce the percentage from 100% to a smaller %). They are intended for printing onto full sheet label paper. You could also print onto paper or cardstock and use glue to adhere.
