Each Kit includes calculated amount of Balloons for each length of Garland.
This Balloons Garland can be inflated 2-4 days in advance, will take approximately 2-4 Hours from start to finish!!

Note: Electric Balloon pumps are not powerful enough to inflate the small 5 inch balloons, a manual hand pump is needed. The balloons are NOT defective, they are just stronger due to the smaller size and take more pressure to inflate.
