I made this Irish Lucky One banner on 4x5 inch green and chartreuse card stock flags. I permanently attached the light pink card stock letters and large green card stock shamrocks to the flags. I used pink ribbon for this listing. We could easily do the white or blue letters and ribbon. We’ve shown it with white letters in the last photo.
This banner measures 36 inches with excess ribbon at each end for you to hang your banner.
The 6 foot paper garland is made from 2.5 inch hand cut chartreuse green and 3 inch green card stock shamrocks. They are sewn together in a continuous straight line with white thread and at each end I left excess thread for you to hang your garland.
