This lucky one 1st Birthday O N E banner is made withe 4x5 inch card stock flags. We used light pink, chartreuse and green for the flags and white letters with the green shamrock. The banner is strung with white ribbon. This cute banner measure 12 inches and will arrive strung and ready to hang.

The high chair skirt is available in 2 different sizes to fit your needs!
We used light pink, green, white and lime green in both tulle and ribbon cuts. We also added a few shamrock printed ribbons to this banner. The high chair skirt is available in either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and hangs about 12 inches long. It is made of different widths and textures of ribbons and tulles. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to white ver you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too! Please note the printed ribbon may vary depending on what is available.
