● The design is sold as shown and/or described and DOES NOT INCLUDE customization of graphics, fonts, colors or any other design element other than the personalizable text and personalized photo(s) if applicable. If you need custom changes to the invitations such as changing the colors or fonts etc, please contact us using the "Request Custom Order" button above and we will be happy to assist you and make a special listing for you.

►► DIGITAL FILE REVISIONS POLICY
● No revisions are included with this offer.
● Please be sure and double-check your spelling prior to submitting the information and include all the details in the "add your personalization" or "note to seller" section when placing the order.
● If any changes need to be made after the file has been completed and delivered, you'll need to re-purchase the item. NO EXCEPTION.

►► PRINTED ORDER REVISIONS POLICY
● You will receive one proof.
● Please be sure and double-check your spelling prior to submitting the information and include all the details in the "add your personalization" or "note to seller" section when placing the order.
● If any changes need to be made after you are provided a proof... we will make 1 round of revisions for you at no charge... and submit another proof to you. If further changes are required... you will need to pay an additional $5.00 for each round of revisions. NO EXCEPTION.

►► PHOTOS (If Applicable)
If this design includes a photo... you MUST send your photo for review prior to ordering. The customer (you) must provide a high quality and high resolution photo to be used in the design. The design should be no less than 300 DPI and image size no less than: 2400px X 3000px. The person in the photo should be clear and in focus and in front of a white or solid light color background. If your photo does not have a white or solid light color background, there will be an additional charge ($10 min.) to crop the background out of the photo. If the design is a themed design, such as Pirate or Cowboy, etc... and you want the person in the photo to be in costume... you must provide a photo with them in costume. We do NOT edit or add costumes to photos.

Please note all items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. File sharing, distributing or selling the designs, or ANY elements within them, in any other format, any products or in any other media is strictly prohibited. When purchasing a product you agree to use the designs for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed as per 17 U.S.C. 106(3), 17 U.S.C. §109(c).

►► IMAGES AND DESIGNS
Printing For Parties does not claim any ownership over the characters and/or graphics used in the personalized item. These items are not licensed products and all images of characters used in the designs are free and not being sold. The characters used in your customized item solely belongs to their respective copyright holders and is in no way sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the copyright owner. A copyright release for the design is not included. If you intend to print at a printing lab be sure to check with them to ensure they can print for you. Digitally reproduced or interpreted licensed characters cannot be shared, distributed or sold and limited rights are not transferable to anyone for any reason.

All other elements were created by The Printing For Parties Shop and are protected under domestic and international copyright laws (again, aside from licensed character images or trademarks) according to 17 U.S.C. Section 501. Any licensed images of characters used in the designs are free and not being sold. Character copyright is held by the original owner. Designs are intended for ONE TIME PERSONAL use only.

Your purchase is for the labor and time involved in creating the Digital File and or the cost of material and supplies for printing out the invitations for you.
