Our It's a Boy banner is made as follows-

-4x4 inch white chipboard squares
-We hand stamp the letters with light blue acrylic paint
-We permanently attach the black and white card stock penguins to the spacer pieces
-We strung the sample banner with gray ribbon and gray and light blue bows

The 5 foot penguin, circle and snowflake garland is made with 3 inch light blue snowflakes, and 1 1/2 inch white card stock circles and the double layered card stock penguins. WE take the shapes and machine sew them together with white thread leaving excess thread at each end for hanging. So cute! You can get the circles and or flakes in your color choices too. See the color chart. Gold and silver are not options for the flakes or penguins at this price.
