This anoccasionbanners penguin themed 1st birthday ONE banner and or high chair skirt will be a great way to decorate for your little one’s big day.

The cursive style ONE banner is machine cut silver glitter card stock. We added a card stock penguin with a pink bow to the letter "o". We strung it with ribbon. Each letter is separate and as displayed it measures about 8 1/2 inches wide.
You can choose to get the ONE banner only or the ribbon skirt only or both!

This ribbon skirt is made with different widths and textures of light pink , hot pink , white, and black ribbons and tulle. They all vary in width and textures to create this beautiful look. Each ribbon is about 12 inches in length. Then you choose the TOTAL length of the entire banner upon check out. ( The sample banner is 3 feet in width from side to side with excess ribbon at each end for hanging ). You can choose 24 inches or 36 inches.
