You can choose to get the ONE banner only or the ribbon skirt only or both!
This ribbon skirt is made with different widths and textures of red, white and royal blue ribbons and tulle. They all vary in width and textures to create this beautiful look. Each ribbon is about 11 inches in length. Then you choose the TOTAL length of the entire banner upon check out. ( The sample banner is 3 feet in width from side to side with excess ribbon at each end for hanging ). You can choose 24 inches or 36 inches. The mini ONE banner is made on 3x3 inch medium weight brown chipboard. I permanently attached the red and royal blue card stock panels to the chipboard. I permanently attached the white card stock letters and the double layered stars to the panels. I antiqued the edges for that vintage vibe. It's strung separately from the high chair skirt with matching ribbons and bows. The ONE banner in the photo measures 15 inches.
