This photo banner is made with a total of 13 chipboard squares that are brown like the color of burlap and measure 3x3 inches . We permanently attach the navy blue and white card stock mountains and light blue numbers to the chipboard. Then we strung it with navy blue ribbon. We made the O N E banner to match. It's made on 4x4 inch white chipboard piece. You can easily attach the photos with a small piece of tape. We used the same card stock colors for the mountains and hand stamped he letters with light blue acrylic paint and stamped navy blue arrows on each letter. They make a super cute decorating duo!
