This photo banner is made with a total of 13 pieces and each is made on 3x3 inch white chipboard squares. I permanently attach the checkered panels to the squares and then permanently attach the red and light blue card stock cars and black numbers to the panels. Then I strung it with light blue ribbon. We made the O N E banner to match. It's made on 4x4 inch white chipboard pieces. We used the same card stock colors for the letters and cars. We strung it with light blue ribbon as well. They make a super cute decorating duo!

the ONE banner measures 20 inches with extra ribbon at each end to hang it.

This photo banner ribbon will measure a total of 9 feet and you can space your photos however you need. It will come strung on the ribbon. You can simply use a little piece of tape to attach your photo to the back.
