● Your choice of digital ink colors. Refer to the photo above for ideas or provide the hex code of your own color.
● You provide a high-resolution(300 dpi) photo of your baby. The photo MUST be in a vertical or portrait orientation.
● You provide your baby's name, date of birth, birth stats, and your name.
THE PROCESS
1. ADD YOUR ITEM TO THE CART/PURCHASE. You can choose to add extras: 2-ply paper, envelope liners, and digitally addressed envelopes.
2. YOU WILL RECEIVE A WELCOME EMAIL
WITHIN 24 HOURS.
3. WHEN YOU RECEIVE MY EMAIL, PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR ADDRESS LIST SO THAT MY CORRESPONDENCE DOESN'T GO INTO SPAM.
4. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR 1ST DIGITAL PROOF
WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR
PURCHASE.
5. YOU WILL HAVE 3 ROUNDS OF DIGITAL
PROOFS. THEREAFTER, EACH PROOF IS $15.
6. ONCE ITEMS ARE SUBMITTED FOR PRINT,
THE PRODUCTION TIME IS 10 BIZ DAYS.
7. USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in the cost. This is generally 2 - 3 days. If you are on the west coast it can take up to 5 days.
● I DO NOT RUSH orders. Please plan on about 17 days of processing from beginning to end. If you don't respond to proofs within 2 days, you will not stay on schedule.
