Beautiful mini witch Halloween Hats from newborn to adult! Can put on clip or headband elastic or foe. Specify color at check out and if you want it on clip or headband.

These hats are handmade stitched out in the US then cut, trimmed and assembled by me. I add all embellishments, these are gorgeous hats! The hat is approx. 4" in diameter (brim) and approx. 3.5-4" tall. These are not pre-made hats, but all handmade!

I can do a 5" hat custom at an additional cost- ($3 more.)
