These stickers are 1.5" wide x 0.75" high and are perfect for meal planning! They fit the width of the columns in the Erin Condren planner but can be used for any planner. Cut out 7 of the stickers as one piece/sticker if you would like to use them in your sidebar for weekly meal planning, or cut out individually for daily meal planning.

Once purchased you can print the files endlessly for your personal use and if you run out - just print some more sheets! :)

**TO MAKE YOUR STICKERS**
1. Print onto full sheet label paper (you can purchase it http://www.worldlabel.com/Pages/wl-ol175.htm among other places). You could also print onto paper or cardstock and use glue to adhere. Removable full sheet label paper is available from Staples: http://www.staples.com/Avery-6465-Removable-Inkjet-Laser-Labels-8-1-2-inch-x-11/product_859654

2. Cut out your stickers using scissors or a paper trimmer

3. Peel and stick!

If you run out of stickers just print another sheet… or 10 ;)

60 stickers will print onto one sheet. Removable full sheet label paper can be purchased for 30c/sheet or 0.005c per sticker!
