This Mardi Gras custom first birthday banner will be a super cute way to decorate for your little one’s big day!

This banner is made with 4x5 inch card stock flags. We used dark purple, green and yellow flags and we permanently attached the gold glitter card stock letters and fleur de lis to the flag and the dark purple and green masks to the end flags. We strung the banner with yellow ribbon.
