This is to upgrade your item to long sleeve. Unless otherwise stated all shirts are appliqued/embroidered on short sleeve. By adding this upgrade you are purchasing the long sleeve option. (Please note all colored shirts may not be available in long sleeve. White is available in just about every size in long sleeve.)

Also please note on occasion we do have to order long sleeve as we do not keep them in stock year round. This may additional time onto your order. Please plan accordingly.
