Sometimes you need a BIG banner to cover a lot of space and add a large splash of color. This banner does the trick! Each panel is approximately 5.5" across and 8" long (at the longest tips) and is cut into pennant pieces. Letters have been cut out with a die cut, leaving an open cut out design which creates a unique visual effect.

Note: The price listed is for the banner as shown with CELEBRATE. If you would like different words, (HAPPY BIRTHDAY or CONGRATULATIONS, for example) please send me a message first before ordering so I can set up a private lesson for you. You can customize your colors, as well.
