🎈NOTE: Balloons are filled based on the weight of the confetti so they will float when filled (helium can only lift so much weight.) Therefore, please remember that metallic foil confetti weighs more than standard tissue, so when comparing a standard tissue confetti balloon vs. metallic foil, the confetti weight is the same, but standard tissue allows for more overall pieces.
