Assembly Suggestion:
1. Cut out each pennant using a paper cutter and each circle using a 5" circle punch (or a good, sharp pair of scissors) .
2. Use a hole punch to punch 2 holes in each pennant and circle. (Use 1/8" hole punch for smaller string, or 1/4" punch for thicker twine.)
3. Assemble using string or twine.
