Multi layered helicopters strung on twine or jute. Perfect for a little boy or girl birthday, nursery or shower decoration.

Banner measures 6' from end to end.
8 pennants of multi layered cardstock create these helicopters, strung on jute or twill. Plain black on back side. Each helicopter pennant measures 4.5" wide x 3.25" tall! Banner comes with clouds. (clouds are separate and not attached)
