I create the letters with acid free, high quality paper and other embellishments. All letters are in uppercase letters. Only 1 font available.

FREE SHIPPING in the US. All items are handmade by me so shipping time is usually between 1-2 weeks after placing your order, however it may arrive before then.

Each set of letters are made to order. Unfortunately since they are custom-made there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each package is put together in the best way I can, but I cannot control the Post Office and their handling of the packages. If the product does arrive damaged, please contact me within one week of arrival.
