Who doesn't love making and coloring some paper dreidels? These are the SUPER SIMPLE version of my paper Hanukkah dreidels - designed for kids who need to keep it simple, and for those who want to decorate it a little more.

But I couldn't resist an artsy touch and hand-lettered the Hebrew letters with a bit of a quirky design.
Add sequins, rhinestones, (dare I say it?) glitter, or whatever you'd like. This Chanukah craft for kids makes a fantastic party activity to put out for the littles.

The lid is designed to close tightly so that you can fill it with treats, or glue it shut to use as a paper toy dreidel.

You get:
* A PDF with two pages: one has the Hebrew letter "pey" for Israel and one has the letter "shin" for everywhere else. This is to print on paper and hand-assemble
* PNG images of the same, designed to work with Cricut's "print then cut" feature. These are in a zip folder along with:
* A SCORE file! for those using die cutting machines
* Instructions for hand cutting/assembly and machine cutting.

You provide (not included)
* printer, ink, cardstock to print the template
* Scissors (or cutting machine and equipment)
* Scoring tool (any blunt tip)
* Glue: I used tacky glue
* Markers - or gel pens, crayons, watercolors...
*Decorating materials: glitter glue, sequins, beads..
* Something to use as the handles. Lolly sticks, straws, or even rolled pieces of paper
