This ribbon skirt is made with different widths and textures of purple, orange, black and lime ribbons and tulle. They all vary in width and textures to create this beautiful look. Each ribbon is about 12 inches in length. Then you choose the TOTAL length of the entire banner upon check out. ( The sample banner is 3 feet in width from side to side with excess ribbon at each end for hanging ). You can choose 24 inches or 36 inches. The ONE banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. The top layers were made with black, lime, dark purple and bright orange card stock and the back layers were done with black and bright orange. We used white for the cute ghosts at each end and for the letters. It's strung separately from the high chair skirt with matching ribbons. The ONE banner in the photo measures just about 18 inches.

It’s made with laser cut chipboard and we permanently attached the black , white and orange card stock to the chipboard with adhesive. It’s about 5 inches tall. We attach the stick to the backside. The topper is plain on the backside as shown in the photos.
We’ve shown the topper on a small 6 inch round cake to give you a point of reference.
