This handmade Halloween banner has a retro vintage vibe with it's classic orange, black and white color scheme. The velvet trim, pom trim, and handmade yarn pom pom are the cutest whimsical detail! The banner is 22 inches across. The pennants measure 4 inches x 5.5 inches. The pennants can move along the chunky yarn. White velvet fray trim, black velvet ribbon, orange pom trim and a handmade yarn pom pom are on each side of the pennants. There is 15 inches of chunky black yarn on each side for hanging purposes.
