This adorable boho rustic neutral cow burlap yarn tassel garland would be perfect for the birthday party, cake smash photos and first birthday photo shoot! Makes the perfect party decor.

This banner is completely handmade. Each pennant is cut from burlap, sewn along jute twine and treated to reduce fraying. Yarn tassels are hand made and tied onto jute twine by hand. The pennants and tassels can move along the twine giving you the option for spacing.

Cowprint is hand painted (white acrylic paint with black cow spots)

2 Color options:
one in light blue is hand painted. Tassel Colors are tan, white, light blue and slate blue.
one in red is hand painted. Tassel Colors are red, white, black and tan.

Total garland length from tassel to tassel is 28 inches with 20 inches of jute twine on each side for hanging purposes. 8 handmade yarn tassels measure 7 inches long. 3 burlap pennants measure 4x5 inches.
