We use a puff sleeve shirt instead of the ruffle shirt (shown with the tutu) as that has been discontinued.

Tutu Sizing:
0-6 mos. – 14” waist, 5” length
6-12 mos. – 16” waist, 6” length
12-18 mos. – 17” waist, 6” length
2T - 3T – 18” waist, 7” length
4T - 5T – 19” waist, 9” length
