Need a POP of color to add to your graduation party? This paper garland will do the trick! Perfect to hang on a cake table or over photos of the graduate!!
We made the sample garland for a client who had a child graduating from LSU.

Our graduation cap and star garland is made with die cut card stock caps. Each cap measures 5 inches from end to end and each is 2.25 inches from the center top to the bottom of the cap and the stars are 2 inches. ( you can see the caps shown next to a ruler in the 4th photo ) We take the caps and machine sew them with sturdy white thread leaving excess thread at each end for easy hanging.
