Each banner is made from two layers of cardstock. The PRIMARY color is cut from heavy cardstock. The secondary color is the outer color/top layer cut from cardstock. Every banner comes with a coordinating cap and diploma on each end and is strung on white twine. This listing is for one graduation banner in your choice of colors and phrase in FIVE INCH LETTERS.
