HAT:
A MINI party hat made of stiffened white felt covered in non flaky glitter gold, a bright pink #1, trimmed with baby white pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
