This glow party package gives you everything you need to create an amazing cake table/food table backdrop for your neon glow birthday party.

Note: Cake, black tablecloth, balloons, streamers between circle and star garlands, and pompoms on table are not included.

All items are made from neon poster board and do not glow on their own. You will need a black light or two shining on the items to make them fluoresce (glow).

What this package includes:

- one cake topper with HAPPY BIRTHDAY plus name and/or age (up to 10 characters for name), for example

Letters in topper measure 2" high. Total height of cake topper comes to about 8" tall. Topper comes on two 4" lollipop sticks that easily insert into cake.

- one banner with HAPPY BIRTHDAY and an added banner with a name (up to 12 characters)

Banner is strung on black satin ribbon with about 2 feet of extra ribbon on each side.

- two bags of neon confetti
1-inch circles in neon pink, green, yellow, and orange
150 circles per bag for a total of 300 pieces

- five 6-foot star garlands and four 6-foot circle garlands
hang seven garlands as a backdrop behind the table alternating star and circle garlands
hang one star and one circle garland across the front of table
