Numbers vary slightly, but measure approximately 2" high by .75" or 1" wide.

These toppers are made from thick neon poster board. They do not glow in the dark by themselves, and they are not LED lights. You will need a black light to make them fluoresce. They light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.
