Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.

Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.

Topper numbers measure 3.5" high and are 4" tall when backed with the black backing. All together, with the sticks, the topper measure about 7" tall.

Letters for the name are 1" tall. The letters are backed in black and placed on top of the age number.

Neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please enter the color you want for the number in the personalization box when checking out. If you have a specific request for the colors of the letters that spell out the name, please enter that information, as well.

If choosing number only/no name, please enter the color you want for the number and if you want star, dots, or a mix of both.

Shapes that are available to put on the numbers are stars and dots. Please enter if you want both used (as in the 9 picture), only dots (as in the 30 picture), or only stars (as in the 16 picture).
