Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.

Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.

Topper letters measure 3.5" high and are 4" tall when backed with the black backing. All together, with the sticks, the topper measure about 7" tall.

Other neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please enter the color you want for the number in the personalization box when checking out.
