This large neon GLOW CRAZY banner is perfect for your glow birthday party or dance party! It is colorful by daylight (as shown in pictures 2, 4 and 6) so you can use it without black light. But, under black light UV lighting, this banner fluoresces like crazy (as shown in picture 1, 3, 5, and 7).

The letters and pennants are cut by me in my shop. I also hand-string the banner onto the ribbon.

Pennant backing is made from black 65lb card stock (about the thickness of three regular sheets of paper) and measures 5.5" across by 8.25" long (14 cm by 21 cm).

Letters are cut from neon fluorescent poster board and measure 3.5" (9 cm) high. Width varies by letter.

Letters are glued to the pennant backing and banner is strung with black satin ribbon

Banner does not glow in the dark on its own. If you want the banner to glow, you will need a black light (UV reflective light). You can easily find black lights for parties on-line.
