A MINI party hat made of stiffened hot pink felt, decorated with bright polkadots, an aqua #1, trimmed with white mini pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.75", and height 4".

Adorable on dogs too!! **If you are purchasing for a dog, please provide head measurement in comments section- go across top of head, all the way down under chin and back up to where you started.

CAKE TOPPER:
Birthday number felt cut out in center with 2 mini felt pennants hanging on each side, attached to a piece of bakers twine, hanging between 2 wooden cooking sticks with a colorful yarn pom poms on top.
