A MINI party hat made of stiffened white felt covered in sparkly silver, decorated with a pink and white 1, trimmed with mini white pom poms on bottom and a matching yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" pink elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
