You can choose to get the ONE banner only or the ribbon skirt only or both!
This ribbon skirt is made with different widths and textures of red, white and royal blue ribbons and tulle. They all vary in width and textures to create this beautiful look. Each ribbon is about 11 inches in length. Then you choose the TOTAL length of the entire banner upon check out. ( The sample banner is 3 feet in width from side to side with excess ribbon at each end for hanging ). You can choose 24 inches or 36 inches. The ONE flag style banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch kraft card stock flags. I permanently attached the red and royal blue card stock stars to the end flags and used white card stock for the letters.We used white ribbon for this banner. The ONE banner in the photo measures about 15 inches.
