The ONE high chair banner is made with 3x3 inch chipboard squares. We permanently attached the red and royal blue card stock panels to the squares. We permanently attached the white card stock letters and red and white stars tot eh squares. We distressed the edges of each square for that vintage look and strung the banner with white ribbon. The banner measures just about 15 inches.

The 12 month photo banner is made with 5x4 inch red and royal blue card stock panels. We permanently attached the white card stock letters to the stars on the tops. We strung it with white ribbon. Perfectly patriotic! Pull be able to attach your photos with a small piece of tape and use either landscape or portrait style photos. Very versatile!
