DIGITAL: No physical item will be mailed. You will receive a PROOF of your design within 24 HOURS to review and approve. Once you receive your file please review for any errors. The design, color, or format may NOT be changed unless you requested and purchased a customized listing or color change fee. Once approved, a PDF file will be sent to the Etsy email address on file to download within 24hrs.You will be responsible for printing and assembling. Print on a letter size document (8.5x11). Glossy paper is highly recommended for the best quality. Assemble using adhesive such as a glue gun, tape runner or double-sided tape.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your file to be e-mailed. Emails are sent depending on workload. If you would like it sooner, please message me. I will do my best to accommodate.

***PROCESSING TIME: PROOFS are EMAILED to you within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. Your approved Digital File will be emailed within 24hrs AFTER approval. You are allowed ONLY up to 2 text revisions after proofs have been sent. Please check your file IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Please check for errors and misspellings. You must notify me within 24 hours after delivery if there is an issue. If there is no notice within the 24 hours, your file will be automatically emailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time for some custom orders may that longer because of size. I will be in constant communication with you about any issues. DIGITAL ITEMS: If you are using a local print shop (Staples/Fedex/Office Depot, etc.) to print your items I recommend going to a location that offers self-serve printing. Some print shops may not print your item due to copyright. I DO NOT claim ownership of any licensed characters or graphics and WILL NOT provide a release form to have your items printed. NO REFUND will be given if your print shop refuses to print your purchased file.

COLOR QUALITY: Recommended papers for best results is any glossy brochure/presentation paper. Colors may vary due to variations of computers, printers, and monitors. Colors printed may appear differently than what is seen on your screen. Paper choice can be a factor also. REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS or NO EXCHANGES for custom designs. Cancellations are ONLY permitted BEFORE your file(s) is e-mailed or shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any issues with your item(s) please contact me so I can try to find a solution.
