The ONE word banner is made on 3x4 inch brown chipboard rectangles . We permanently attached the l3 shades of blue card stock panels to the pieces and permanently attached the royal blue letters and primary colored fish to the pieces. We strung the banner with twine leaving extra ribbon at each end for hanging. We distressed the edges of each piece for that finished look. This banner measures 15 inches as displayed and will arrive strung and ready to display.
This ribbon banner is made with different shades and textures of blue colored ribbons. They really make a cool "water" effect. The high chair skirt is available in either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and each strip hangs about 12 inches long. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to whatever you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too! If you want to add pink to this item message us and we can discuss your options.
