Your portrait likeness is a whimsical, illustration of each family member/pet and isn't intended to be a realistic interpretation of your photo.
Your personalised digital download will be emailed to the address you have on file with Etsy. Download and print! It's that easy.
You can print from home or choose to find an online or local printing service.
If printing at home we recommend all our designs are printed on a good quality white card stock or textured card stock for extra effect.

*** HOW TO ORDER ***
1. Choose your size from the drop down menu
2. Choose the number of people and or pets to be in your portrait (pets count as 1)
THEN - in "notes to seller" at checkout
3. Let us know the following descriptive details for each person - please try and keep this in a bullet point format for our ease
• skin color
• eye color
• hair style and color - eg short, long curly, short afro
• style of clothes and colors if you don't want me to copy the clothing from the photos eg mom wears jeans with a flowery jumper, dad always wears shorts and a shirt)
**PLEASE** MAKE SURE YOU LET ME KNOW THE CLOTHES YOU WOULD LIKE WHEN ORDERING AS THIS CANNOT BE CHANGED LATER :D
• any special details to include - choose from glasses, sunglasses, camera, winter clothing, holding a baby, baby in a pram or even dad is a chunky monkey....shhh I won't tell him you said it >_-
4. Pets and descriptions - we have cats, dogs and horses.

6. Please send a clear photo of your family that is easy to work with via etsy message. Family members should be facing the front. You may send pictures of separate family members if you don't have everyone all on one picture.
** If sending separate photos or everyone's height is not clear on the photo, please give us a quick guide on everybody's heights
• Our turnaround for your custom portrait is 5 - 6 days
• An initial mockup will be sent to you for your proof before the file is finalised with up to two revisions.
• Your final artwork will be high quality 300dpi and sent as a JPG and as a PDF
