This kit includes both standard and premium “double stuffed” balloons (1 balloon inside another to create a custom colour). A handheld pump IS REQUIRED to blow up these double stuffed balloons; you can not blow them up by mouth. 5" balloons are also very difficult to blow up by mouth; a handheld or electric balloon pump is HIGHLY recommended. • Balloons come uninflated and should be filled with air; no helium needed.
• Balloons can be inflated 1-2 days before your event.
• Balloons will appear a different colour when uninflated. True colour will appear once inflated.
• Uninflated and broken balloons are a choking hazard for children and pets. Please keep out of reach of children and dispose of broken balloons immediately.
