2. Please add a note in the text box provided with your personalisation requests as detailed below

• Number of Elephants - choose from 3, 4, 5 or 6 only

• Family Name - eg. the taylor family

• Colour of garland/bunting - please choose from any of the six colour options displayed. If no option is chosen you will receive Green by
default

• Elephant order from left to right:

Dad's name
Mom's name
Child 1 - Willow age 7
Child 2 - Oliver age 3
Child 3 - etc
