FILE FORMAT

You'll receive 2 file formats/versions:
- JPG file

- PDF file - you’ll need to download adobe reader (it’s free!) https://get.adobe.com/reader/ This template is editable - you can add up to 2 lines of text.

WHAT DOES EDITABLE MEAN?

*Editable PDF files*
- When you open the file there will be light blue boxes where you can type in your information (this will NOT remain light blue when printed).
- You can still print and hand-write on the sheets (the blue boxes won't appear on your printed copy)
- The fillable font is as shown in the product photo – this cannot be changed. Font color also cannot b
- The checkboxes are not editable. The sheets are intended for filling out on your computer and checking off by hand
- For copyright protection, the layout of the documents, including existing text cannot be changed
- You cannot edit the PDF files on an iPhone, tablet or iPad (you’ll need a computer)

Mean you can add your own text using image editing software such as Canva https://www.canva.com/ or Picmonkey https://www.picmonkey.com/ (both are free!)
