Download Petit Formal Script from Google fonts: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Petit+Formal+Script?preview.size=34&slant=7
Download file and open. If you don't have Adobe Reader, download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ (This only works with Adobe Reader)
Add your text in the to, from, and value fields.
Print as many as you want.
Colors and fonts are not editable. If you'd like a .psd file instead, contact me and I'll set up a listing in my other shop.

You can also print and write in information by hand.
