For this mallard birthday banner I made the SAMPLE banner on 4x4 inch brown chipboard. I stamped the letters with navy blue acrylic paint. Then to frame the wording I permanently attached a brown card stock duck at each end. I strung the banner with sunflower yellow ribbon and did sunflower and mint bows at each end. The banner shown measures 28 inches with extra ribbon at each end for hanging.

You can get the 6 foot chevron /duck garland with your banner is you choose. The card stock pieces are machine sewn in a continuous straight line with white thread. We leave excess thread at each end for hanging. The chevrons measure approx 2 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch. The colors shown on the sample are: mallards- brown and the chevron are mint, navy and sunflower. You can get whatever color combo you need. Simply include your choices from the color chart shown on the last photo.
