A MINI party hat made in cream felt decorated with a 1 in navy with gold outline and sparkly gold polkadots from cardstock, trimmed with gold sparkle ribbon on bottom and a navy yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.85", and height 4".
