Build your own custom tassel garland to match with your party perfectly.

* Choose how many of each color you would like.
* Metallics need to be purchased separately in the dropdown.
* If quantity for each color is not noted, an equal (or close to equal) amount per color will be sent.
* Cotton twine is included separately. Tassels are already made but are not strung. To hold tassels in place, tie a knot at each tassel as you string one by one.
