The purchase of this listing includes a JPG file and PNG file (ai, pdf, psd, or eps files if needed).

We start with a simple questionnaire to get a feel for your business and what you are looking for. Then it usually takes about 5 business days maximum to have the first proof.
From there, 3 revisions are allowed. We work together to ensure the final product will work for you and your business. The logo can then be used however you need it within your business.

Prior to purchase, please contact me to make sure it is something I can do and meet your expectations. Once the purchase is made, the process will begin and the first draft will be ready to run past you in 2 or 3 business days. After that, comes the first proof. From there, any revisions necessary are made. When you are happy with the result, all of the files will be emailed to you in a zip file.

PLEASE contact me via etsy with questions prior to ordering. When this purchase is made, you will receive the digital download of the Terms of Use. Once the custom logo is completed, the files will be emailed directly to you. I would be happy to provide a few examples of previous logos if needed.
