Pre made garlands come fully assembled and pre strung. Simply hang and presto your ready to party.

DIY kits come with pre cut tissue paper,twine and easy to follow step by step instructions.
NOTE: for shiny metallic tassels double sided tape will be needed.

Tassels are made from premium tissue paper and are approximately 15 inches in length.
