Celebrate love season in a big way with this "conversation hearts" themed balloon & streamer backdrop kit! A festive way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your little ones! It’s easy to do with all materials and instructions included in this DIY kit!

Kit Includes:

-11” latex balloons in pastel pink, pale green, soft yellow, lilac, and sky blue
-5” latex balloons in the same colours
-4’ balloon decorating strip (used to create the garland)
-2 Command hooks for hanging
-4’ string for hanging streamers
-4 rolls crepe paper streamers in pastel pink, white, mint, and sky blue (324’ total length)
-written instructions as well as link to video tutorials
-OPTIONAL "Be Mine" heart shaped foil balloon + 6 glue dots
This kit includes both standard and premium “double stuffed” balloons (1 balloon inside another to create a custom colour/design). A handheld pump IS REQUIRED to blow up these double stuffed balloons; you can not blow them up by mouth. 5" balloons are also very difficult to blow up by mouth; a handheld or electric balloon pump is HIGHLY recommended. • I only used the highest quality balloons used by professionals. All the latex balloons are 100% biodegradable and made in the USA and Canada.
• Balloons come uninflated and should be filled with air; no helium needed.
• Balloons can be inflated 1-2 days before your event.
• Balloons will appear a different colour when uninflated. True colour will appear once inflated.
• Uninflated and broken balloons are a choking hazard for children and pets. Please keep out of reach of children and dispose of broken balloons immediately.
